ν On Page 2 in a story titled “First mayor’s widow becomes a centenarian,” Martha Woodard Andrus was misidentified and a daughter was left out. Andrus is a former mayor of the city of Grambling and a professor at Grambling State University. The second daughter’s name is Elaine Woodard Dunn, a retired auditor for the United State Internal Revenue Service.
In the June 11 issue:
ν On the Page 3 story titled “Grambling gives over 500 degrees,” Alexia Grant, spring valedictorian, was misidentified as Karlin Gray in the picture caption.
