It’s time – Grambling Homecoming 2023 is here.
The theme for this year is “Tiger Tracks,” which is an ode to Black music and culture.
Events so far have included a Gospel Explosion, a Record Giveaway, Midnight Madness in the Hobdy Assembly Center, an Intramural Takeover, Too Fly Tuesday: Karaoke Edition in the Assembly Center, a Career Closet Ribbon Cutting, a Silent Headphone Party, a Candid Conversation About Careers and Opportunity, a Career Fair and a Comedy Show.
Festivities continue Friday with a President’s Town Hall at 8:30 a.m., a Distinguished 10 Award Ceremony at 11:30 a.m., a Fresh Friday Yard Fest at noon, a Homecoming Concert at 7 p.m. and an Alumni Reunion Party at 9 p.m.
Saturday’s Homecoming Parade will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the Homecoming game featuring the G-Men vs. Alabama A&M at 2 p.m.
The annual Homecoming Step Show starts at 7 p.m. Saturday followed by a Beyond Breakfast Experience at 9 p.m.
Homecoming weekend wraps on Sunday with the annual Campus Clean-up beginning at 10 a.m.
