The Grambling State University women’s tennis team fell short 4-0 to Alabama A&M in the final game of Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) play on Saturday.
The Lady Tigers have won just two out of 13 matches this season, a 6-0 victory over Mississippi Valley State University on Mar. 10, and a 4-0 victory over Arkansas at Pine Bluff on Feb. 22.
GSU concludes the season on Friday, April 5 with a 1 p.m. match against Louisiana Tech.
GSU has four seniors set to play in their final collegiate match Bryttish Burts, Idah Longwe, Tanyaradzwa Magunje and Keren Hap. Muswere.
