The Office of Career Services has scheduled an informational meeting Monday for anyone interested in working with Kids Across America, a Christian sports camp located in Branson, Missouri.
The meeting will be held in A.C. Lewis Memorial Library, Room 167, from 7-8:15 p.m.
KAA, which is for campers 9-18 years old, hires more than 600 Christian college students every summer.
Positions available include counselors, dining hall workers, cooks, office personnel, maintenance workers, photographers/videographers, among others. Some positions are desonated for female applicants only while others are for male applicates.
“I have been a counselor at kamp for five consecutive summers and loved every bit of it,” a female intern said. “I go back every summer to grow closer to Christ and help make a Impact on many Urban Youth lives.
“I love when I can run into my campers after they leave kamp and they tell me how much I made a Impact on they lives,” she said.
KAA has two five-week terms to choose from, with campers being provided a place to stay and three meals a day.
