The 21-year-old Mi- ami rapper Bizzy Crooks breaks through the surface with his last project, 84. He titled it that because of the year 1984, Michael Jordan’s rookie year. He looks at this mixtape as being his rookie introduction into the game.
Most would compare his style to a Drake or Kanyè, but he’s definitely starting to grow into his own style. Despite being an indie artist, Bizzy has a good relationship with St. Louis rap legend, Nelly.
In the early stages of their relationship, they came out with a record ti– tled “Like Dat,” which led to even more life changing moments.
While talking with XXL magazine, he said his goal in hip-hop was to bring substance back. He has aspirations of being men- tioned in the top five of the new generation.
With all the talent there in the hip-hop scene al- ready, I hope Bizzy is ready to step up to the plate.
