Kmart may not be your go-to spot to shop for statement-making fashion, but now it can be, thanks to Nicki Minaj.
On Tuesday, the hip-hop mogul celebrated the debut of her lifestyle brand in Los Angeles with affordable clothing that can flatter all body types.
“Teaming up with Kmart and ShopYourWay.com is gonna give me a way to have my fans dress like me for an affordable price,” said the Queens rapper. “It’s going to be quality stuff.”
Prior to the launch, Minaj unveiled some pieces in a behind-the-scenes video of the photo shoot in her latest vlog.
The line features a variety of clothing, including velour jumpsuits, midriff tops, patterned leggings, curve hugging dresses and denim jackets, as well as jewelry, clutches and bejeweled hats.
Prices are easy on the budget as well, ranging from $3.99 to $37.99
According to The Associated Press, Minaj was involved in the design and development of the brand and was inspired by designer labels like Chanel, Versace and Herve Leger.
“Everything I do is a true representation of me,” said Minaj. It’s very important that I’m not just slapping my name of something.”
