Religion is a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, especially when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies. It usually involves devotional and ritual observances, and often contains a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs. Religion was founded by Constantine the Great in the First Council of Nicaea.
Constantine converted to Christianity not because he believed in Jesus Christ, but as a political move to unite the Roman Empire and create peace amongst his subjects. Many politicians around the world do not believe in a religion, but use it as a tool to gain political and financial support.
The identification that Afrikans who live in America have strong religious ties is due to the subjugation of our oppressor.
We have to understand that the church sanctioned slavery. Pope Nicholas V issued the papal bull Dum Diversas and Romanus Pontifex, which authorized Alfonso V of Portugal to reduce any “Muslims and pagans and any other non-believers” to perpetual slavery.
The church, like many governments, used the Holy Bible to sanction slavery, develop the idea that Blacks were inferior, and to justify the global Afrikan Maafa (Afrikan Holocaust) that is still occurring all over the world especially in Louisiana.
Blacks are very religious because they are very spiritual; they grasp the spiritual aspects of any religious system as they have for thousands of years.
Why are people of Judeo-Christian religions haters when they believe in the same god: God, Allah, or Yah-weh? How can any person judge another person if they believe in the “word of God?”
“The Lord is good to all; he has compassion on all he has made,” states Psalm 145:9.”Jesus said, “When you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive him, so that your Father in Heaven may forgive you your sins,” in Mark 11:25.
The most famous edition of the Bible is the King James Bible authorized by King James I, and finished in 1611. King James and translators of the Bible are said to have been involved in homosexual relationships.
King James did not like the most popular translation, the Geneva Bible, because he felt some of the marginal notes encouraged disobedience to “kings,” again another politician using religion to gain power.
What better way to gain obedience by developing the so-called “word of God?”
Religion is being used as fashion statement and it is an unspoken cultural agreement.
People wear rosary beads and have no clue what they mean.
The majority of Christians say they are Christians because it is the culture. They do not read the Bible or go to church. That still is not enough to say you are a good Christian.
There is so much literature besides the King James Bible that must be understood. For example, “The lost books of the Bible,” “The Hebrew Bible” and the ever increasing ancient text like the “Dead Sea Scrolls.”
Church will not keep you from hell. Hell is not real.
There is a psychology to the media from music videos to the news. If famous Afrikans started wearing Afrikan dashikis, throwing up the fist and quoting Marcus Garvey and Carter G. Woodson, not only would Black people be alarmed, but also White people.
You wonder why so many of our Black women are whores. You wonder why so many of our Black brothers don’t take care of their children and are in jail. The media makes it cool, first and foremost. In your Holy Bible read Romans 12:2.
People it’s time to “Know thy self,” written of the Temple of Karnack. We as a people must understand that we are equal and that no religion is better than another. You can tell yourself that Jesus is better than Muhammad all day.
You sir, are a hypocrite because Jesus would not want you to compare your faith, let alone worry about factors you cannot control, like a person’s life choice to be gay, religious or atheist.
We must coexist as a religious and spiritual global community. The “Word of God” (Medu-Neter) has been on the temples and murs of the Egyptians (Kemu) for several thousands of years. ALL religions and philosophies are rooted in the Kemu Mystery System.
Contemporary religions can be viewed as nothing more than a translation from what the ancient Kemu developed including the story of Christ (a title given to the enlighten ones), Moses (a title given to those who showed physical prowess), the 10 Commandments (from the principles of Ma’at, which include eight of the 10 Commandments).
Do not just take my word. Research if you are not afraid to find the truth.
