GHS boys’ B-ball team moves up

The Grambling High School boys’ basketball team have now improved to an impressive 19-3 record overall and 7-0 in district play.According to LHSAA Power Rankings, the Kittens have attained the Number 1 ranking in the State of Louisiana, district 1A.

The Kittens remained undefeated at home with a demonstrative win Friday night. The score was 100-5 over Sarepta. The boys also beat Ringgold by a score of 72-69.

The Kittens’ next home game is Friday, January 28 at 7 p.m. in the GHS Gymnasium against Ringgold. The girls’ game starts at 6 p.m.

The Grambling High School boy’s basketball team is deep in the midst of district play. The Kittens win against Dubach Tuesday, Jan 18 was the last non-district game they will play until Feb. 18, when they travel to Green Oaks. The remaining district games are:
