The Grambling State University Men’s Soccer Club came out on top in its inaugural game Saturday. The team defeated Northwestern State University 7-1. Scoring goals for GSU were Phares Wabo, Honest Achilihu, Stephen Ellis, Lennie Andrew, Errol Marquis, Oloatan Olowofela and Ronald Weekes, who scored one goal each. The team has six more games scheduled, three of which will be played at home.
