Grambling High, AJB sponsor activities

ignated as “GSU Day at Grambling High School.” During this event that starts at 10 a.m., GHS students will “walk through” the steps necessary to become a Grambling State University Tiger. GHS students will have the opportunity to “Take a Look at GSU” and all that the university has to offer.

On March 25, students across the state of Louisiana will take the LEAP writing and math constructed response components of the LEAP test. Alma J. Brown students have been well prepared, and look forward to a high passage rate.

Mark your calendars for Friday. The fifth grade dancers will present their culminating event in Grambling. The public is invited to witness the ballroom dancing.
The event will be held at GSU’s School of Nursing Auditorium at 2 p.m. Students will compete in Lake Charles in early May.
n Earlier this week, Alma J. Brown was under review by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).

The school has observed 50 years of continuous accreditation, and anticipate a successful visit.
