All floor tickets have been sold for thegrand opening banquet of The Eddie G. Robinson Museum to be held Friday, Feb. 12, at the Grambling State University Assembly Center.Individuals wanting to attend the banquet program may purchase general admission arena tickets for $25 and $10 for students (high school and college with ID).
Tickets will go on sale Monday and may be purchased in Ruston at the Community Trust Bank and Zion Traveler Baptist Church, in Monroe at the Clark Company Office; and in Grambling at the GSU Assembly Center ticket office. There is limited seating.
The keynote speaker for the banquet will be Mike Tomlin, head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
University of Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly will be the keynote speaker at the dedication ceremonies for the museum will be held Saturday, Feb. 13, on what would have been Eddie G. Robinson’s birthday.
The Eddie G. Robinson Museum is one of 17 museums and cultural sites operated and maintained by the Louisiana secretary of state’s office.
