GSU Sodexo ambassadors work diligently

GSU has Sodexo Ambassadors. Hospitality majors can hope to benefit from internships and full time positions offered through Sodexo’s Student Ambassadors program this semester. Sodexo – Food services & Facilities Management Services Company Inc. is the leading provider of integrated food and facilities management services in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, serving 10 million customers in 6,000 locations every day.
Sodexo’s dedication to excellent service, corporate citizenship, and fighting hunger all come from one goal – to make every day a better day.

The student program was developed in an effort to fill available internships and permanent positions with the best applicants possible.

Student ambassadors are former Sodexo interns who serve as a marketing representative on their college campus for career opportunities with Sodexo.

Christel Eugene and Salwa Williams are both HRM majors who just completed this past summer’s Sodexo Future Leaders’ Internship program. They are also this school year’s Student Ambassadors.

Job opportunities include full-time positions, the Sodexo SMART Program for student managers on selected campuses and the Sodexo Future Leaders Internship Program. The goal of the program is to build Sodexo’s employment brand on campus with administrators, faculty, staff, students and alumni.

Throughout this school year, hospitality majors can expect to witness several class presentations, interest booths, and other recruitment centers.

Be on the lookout for promotion of recruitment activities through The Gramblinite, Sodexo Facebook page, on Twitter and LinkedIn.
