United Afrikan American Men (UAAM) and the Greater Grambling Chamber of Commerce are teaming up for the second Annual Spring Carnival. The carnival will be held Saturday, May 2 at the Grambling Community Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The carnival will include performances by Lyrical Quest and a fashion show featuring models from Black Dynasty. The Carnival will also be hosting a Bake-Off that will showcase the best tea cakes and pound cakes in the area.

Other activities will be a spades and dominoes tournament, various kid games, face painting, live DJ, a Mickey’s Fun Factory 5-in-1 inflatable and numerous prizes.
Can’t have a carnival without the food! Vendors will have nachos, funnel cakes, chicken strips, curly fries, spiral cut sweet potatoes, foot long hot dogs, cupcakes, B-B-Q and turkey legs.
