United Afrikan American Men (UAAM) and the Greater Grambling Chamber of Commerce are teaming up for the second Annual Spring Carnival. The carnival will be held Saturday, April 18 at the Grambling Community Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.The carnival will include performances by Lyrical Quest and a fashion show featuring models from Black Dynasty. The Carnival will also be hosting a Bake-Off that will showcase the best tea cakes and pound cakes in the area.

Other activities will be a spades and dominoes tournament, various kid games, face painting, live DJ, a Mickey’s Fun Factory 5-in-1 inflatable and numerous prizes.
Can’t have a carnival without the food! Vendors will have nachos, funnel cakes, chicken strips, curly fries, spiral cut sweet potatoes, foot long hot dogs, cupcakes, B-B-Q and turkey legs.
