That statement summed up the feelings and reactions by many students, to the news that Tasty’s – a consistent fixture in Grambling for more than a decade – is closed.
Tasty’s has been a staple in the Grambling community for years, making it a hot spot for when alumni come back to the area. It has been dubbed as one of the must-go spots by students.
The place where Tasty’s stands currently has a “For Rent” sign posted on its door, marking the end of of the business.
“I’m really shocked,” said Landis Anderson. “Business seemed fine, and I came to depend on it. I’m a little sad. This was a part of the Grambling legacy.”
