Hello, Gramblinites, and a special hello to the Sophomore Class.As Sophomore Class president, I would like to thank everyone who voted for me and also I would like you to know that your vote was important. I promise I will not disappoint you. I have many plans for the Sophomore Class and maybe these plans will extend across the entire campus.One goal is to transform our class into a family. During our freshman year we were told that everyone would not be here the next year. Different situations may have caused this to happen; however, scholastically there is no need to have students not return. As a family we can build each other up and make sure we all excel to our full academic potential.
In order to make this goal a reality, we need to have class meetings. These meetings will allow us to commute, get to know each other better, discuss problems, think of solutions, and simply have a good time.
So, please don’t miss our class meetings. If you don’t attend, you will miss out on announcements for exciting upcoming events and also a chance to meet your other class officers. Hope to see you there!
