The Grambling State University Tiger football team dominated the Texas Southern in a 57-9 win this Saturday. Grambling jumped out early after two touchdown runs and went into the second quarter with a 21-0 led.
In the second quarter Brandon Landers hooked up with Clyde Edwards for his second touchdown of the day making the score 28-0.
After another touchdown pass to Edwards Grambling went into halftime with a 37-0 led.
In the third quarter Landers threw two more touchdowns (one to Edwards and another to Tim Abeny) which increased the GSU tiger led to 50-0 with 10:18 remaining in the quarter.
Grambling was able to secure the victory in the fourth quarter and now will travel to Montgomery, Ala. To take on Alabama St. this Saturday.
