Grambling State University is looking for Phonathon workers to call alumni, friends and parents of current students to ask for their support of GSU’s Annual Giving Campaign. The Phonathon begins in September (excluding breaks) and continues through April 2008.
The contributions support student aid, academic departments and other programs and projects. Calls are made from 5-7 p.m. on Sunday and 5-9 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with an occasional Saturday morning shift.
Applicants must be full-time GSU students. Packets may be taken to the Office of Institutional Advancement or mail to: The Office of Institutional Advancement, GSU Box 4236, Grambling, LA 71245, no telephone calls please.
At least three shifts per week are required (no exceptions). The positions are limited and pay competitive wages: $6.50+, based on experience. Packages must consist of 2 references, work history, and necessary documents (driver’s license, social security card, birth certificate, passport, etc) to prove US citizenship or ability to work in the US.
