Hundreds of students gathered in front of T.H. Harris Auditorium as the annual BET Black College Tour made its stop in Grambling on Friday. One of hosts for the show was Tocarra, former contestant from the hit show America’s Next Top Model.
There were several events that showcased the talent of Grambling students.
A singing contest, poetry reading, free-style rap contest and games were some of the main events. There were several booths set up to give students knowledge about the military and various companies.
R&B sensation Sammie was among the performers. He really wowed the crowd – especially the females – with his voice. Overall, the BET Black College Tour brought people together for a fun-filled and violence-free time.
