Pogue, faculty, staff, students and many invited guests will cut the ribbon unveiling the university’s newest campus for academic, housing and program expansion. Grambling’s West Campus Annex will open Wednesday, Aug. 29 at 9 a.m. at 2776 Highway 150, two miles west of New Rocky Valley Baptist Church.
The newly acquired property, the former Ruston Developmental Center, was donated to Grambling State University through Senate Bill 583 (Act 236) of the 2012 session of the Louisiana Legislature. The bill was sponsored by Sen. Rick Gallot (District 29).
