Tatem will discuss her book "Why are all the Black kids sitting together in the cafeteria?"

The Management & Leadership Institute is leading a reading group that is open to all within the University of Louisiana System.
In light of the climate in America today and the university’s role in sharing knowledge and understanding, the Universities of Louisiana Management
& Leadership Institute
established a book club focusing on literature that facilitates conversations centered on diversity and inclusion.
A book is selected quarterly and M&LI participants will lead a virtual discussion open to System faculty and staff.
