1. 6LACK - “East Atlanta Love Letter” (featuring Future)

6LACK has blessed ears again, with the drop of his sophomore album titled East Atlanta Love Letter. The album consists of romantic serenades over R&B and hip-hop beats.

      2. YoungBoy Never Broke Again - “Drawing Symbols”

YoungBoy’s goal was to have each EP represent one of the themes he titled his album after. Drawing Symbols released this summer but was added once again to the official album. YoungBoy sings of his suicidal past and also speaks on rumors others spread about him.

3. Sheck Wes - “Mo Mamba”

Mo Mamba is not one of the newest songs out, but after appearing on the latest NBA 2k19, it has definitely earned its spot this week. Sheck Wes is the artist behind this catchy hip-hop song, which also has touches of rock and classical music.

    4. Lil Wayne - “Mona Lisa” (featuring Kendrick Lamar)

This song tells the story of a woman who sets her “boyfriend” up for robbery, but what’s iconic about this specific song is the featured artist, Kendrick Lamar. This is the pairs third time teaming up together for the sake of music, and listeners are able visualize the story they are telling.

 5.Jacquees - “Trip” Remix

Jacquees’ voice and flexible range is just what the song needed. The song has since been removed.
